Helpful Hints:
- Bi-weekly employees should record only working time on the last day of your work week to allow time for the system to update overnight (you can enter your time as early as the beginning of your shift on that day)
- All leave (annual leave, sick leave, etc.) must be entered via the leave request system
- Submit leave in plenty of time to allow for your supervisor to approve ahead of time for it to populate in your timesheet
- Make sure you are in the current pay period when entering your time
- Use the check button to ensure you have 40 hours per week
- Save your time when you are ready to submit
- Monthly employees should submit leave requests throughout the month to ensure they populate when it is time to certify your time
- Supervisors:
- Have a proxy in case you are unable to approve time before the deadline
- Periodically check your inbox to see if you have time or leave requests to approve
- Approve leave requests in a timely manner
