Celebrating Dolly: Crafts and Music in Medbery Makerspace

UT Libraries invites you to join us in celebrating the life and legacy of Dolly Parton. Drop by the Medbery Makerspace in 209 Hodges Library, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., Thursday, September 3rd, for music and Dolly themed crafts. Color a bookmark or make a button pin with a quote by Dolly, decorate a wooden butterfly suncatcher, or just hang out and listen to some music. Crafts available while supplies last.

Dolly Parton spent her life turning kindness into action — through her music, her generosity, and her devotion to literacy through the Imagination Library. Help us honor her legacy by painting a wooden butterfly for our window display and creating bookmarks to share her love of stories.
