Single issue current periodicals available for check-out

UT Libraries will now allow single issue current periodicals to be checked out for 28 days, rather than requiring them to stay in-house, as was the previous policy.  Music Library current periodicals can be found in the Scores stacks room (the back left room as you enter our space).  

Rocky Wynder, local jazz legend, passes away

Music Library receives new color copier

The Music Library has received a new public-use copier that is capable of making both high quality color and black-and-white copies.  Paper options include letter, legal, and 11×17 sizes.  Black-and-white copies are 6 cents each and color copies are 50 cents each.  The machine is only configured for payment through your All-Star account, which can … Continued

New video camera available for check-out at Music Library

The Music Library now has a digital video camera and tripod available for check-out to students, faculty, and staff.  The loan periods for both will be 24 hours.  Also, keep in mind that we have portable digital audio recorders available for check out as well.

Connie Steigenga moves to new position with UT Libraries

Connie Steigenga, the daytime supervisor at the Music Library, will be leaving us in a few weeks to join the Systems team in Hodges Library. Her new role as a Senior IT Technologist will keep her in contact with the Music Library staff and faculty, but she will no longer have direct duties for the Music Library. … Continued
