Seed Library

All University of Tennessee, Knoxville affiliated patrons may "check-out" seed packets to begin growing their own gardens. Pick any kind of seeds you would like and take them home, with no need to return the plants. Each seed packet contains enough seeds to grow 2-4 plants, and the available plants change seasonally. Located across from the Pendergrass Computer Lab, the Seed Library includes: 

• Legumes
• Vegetables
• Flowers
• Herbs
• Fruits
• Wildflowers

The Seed Library at Pendergrass is located across from the computer lab. Visitors to the seed library can browse a selection of herbs, vegetables, fruits, wildflowers, and more. Once you have picked out your seeds, all you need to do is complete the checkout form on the iPad next to the card catalog.
