NOTE: Reservations are for studio workstations and audio rooms.  At this time, equipment is checked out on a first-come, first-served basis and we do not accept reservation requests for checkout equipment.  Please see the equipment page for information.

Information:
All studio stations are available for up to 4-hour sessions. For video editing work, we will allow you to reserve a 5-hour session. There are 3 sound rooms and 1 whisper room that you may request. All reservations are first-come, first-serve. You are expected to be on time for your reservation and workstations will only be held for 15 minutes after your reservation start time.

Please note that not all software and input equipment is available at each station. Failure to indicate needed equipment or software may result in your being assigned a workstation that will not have what you need. Based on the information below we will assign you to an appropriate station.

Instructions:

1. Fill out the form below to request the use of a station in The Studio.
2. Click the SUBMIT button once.
3. You will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days.

Please note that due to previous reservations, the time and equipment you request may not be available, but we will try to accommodate you.
