Provides comprehensive support for the library’s integrated systems and data workflows, with a focus on Alma, Primo, Rialto, and related platforms. Responsibilities include system monitoring, data processing, and technical troubleshooting across multiple library departments.

  • Monitoring and troubleshooting for Alma, Primo, and Rialto
  • Alma-DASH data processing and Alma to IRIS integration
  • Configuration and support for GOBI and Rialto
  • Management of user roles and permissions in Alma, GOBI, and Rialto
  • Troubleshooting for Acquisitions, Cataloging, and the Business Office
  • Data extraction and formatting for third-party vendors
