Heather works in Public Services providing circulation and reference services in person and online via the libraries' front desk and live chat service, works with other library staff and campus partners to provide engaging programming and outreach events in order to connect library resources and services with the campus community, and works with instruction librarians to provide information literacy instruction and orientation sessions in order to educate the campus about the libraries' resources and services. She earned her BA in English Language and Literature and MS in Information Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
