Heather Back

Heather works in Public Services, providing circulation and reference assistance in person and online through the libraries’ front desk and live chat service. She collaborates with library staff and campus partners to support programming, outreach, information literacy instruction, and orientation sessions that connect the campus community with library resources and services. She also manages collection development for the Seed Library and serves as the libraries’ Disability Services Coordinator and liaison to Student Disability Services. Heather earned her BA in English Language and Literature and her MS in Information Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
