Jeanine Fletcher supports students, faculty, and staff at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine with their information needs and provides the EndNote citation management support at UTK. She was the engineering librarian before becoming the veterinary medicine librarian and has worked at UTK since 2001.
