Provides hands-on support for a wide range of library technologies, including PC and Mac configuration, printer and scanner setup, mobile device support, and digital signage monitoring. Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining the functionality of all computers and devices across library spaces.

Specialization Areas:

• Desktop support for macOS and Windows
• Management of lab and checkout computers using Jamf and Microsoft Intune
• Primary point of contact for devices in the Experience Point, Accessibility Room, and laptop carts
• Support for technology in The Studio and Makerspace
• Configuration and deployment of new computers for library employees
• Bash scripting to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency
• Setup and maintenance of library-specific equipment such as scanners and label printers
