Molly Cross

Molly Cross is the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Librarian and Patent & Trademark Resource Center Representative at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She supports patrons and campus partners engaged in entrepreneurial learning and multidisciplinary innovation career pathways. She offers research expertise, instruction, and resource guidance in business and intellectual property.

Her work focuses on empowering users to navigate complex information environments with confidence, creativity, and awareness. As part of her librarianship, she provides research consultations, develops collections, designs instruction sessions, and creates programming that supports information literacy, intellectual property awareness, and community engagement. She is committed to helping learners build the skills needed to transform ideas into impactful projects, ventures, and scholarly contributions.
