Description
The Libraries Facilities Department is responsbile for maintaining welcoming spaces
for the Volunteer commuinty. This position will serve the library patrons by settting up/breaking
down tables and chairs for events taking place in Hodges Library. This position will also walk the building
each shift to reset furniture and spot clean surfaces as needed.
Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Walk the library resetting tables and chairs.
- Monitor the shared calendar and setup for events as needed.
- Spot clean tables and chairs as needed.
- Assist with special project and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Highly active job that requires walking the building
- Ability to work well with the public
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Work independently without direct supervision
