Tennessee Voices : The Films of William Derris

Step back into the Great Smoky Mountains of the 1940s through the films of William Derris, a Townsend motel owner and amateur photographer. His historic home movies capture the landscapes, people, and everyday life of the Smokies, accompanied by recordings of traditional Appalachian music.
