The main Public Services Desk is located on the Second Floor of the John C. Hodges Library at the Melrose Avenue building entrance. The Public Services Desk should be your first stop for information.

Located in the Group Study Area of Pendergrass Library, the Service Desk provides assistance with:

• Checking In and Out Library Materials
• Resource Sharing
• Help Finding a Book
• Poster and 3D Printing
• Technology Lending
• Research Help 

The public services desk at Devine Library is where patrons can check out return items, ask about equipment, and ask for library assistance. The desk also often displays upcoming events or other important new information for patrons visiting Devine Library.

The Studio service desk is in the Commons South. Check in here to use audio recording rooms, the video production room, VR room, and studio workstations.

Located in Hodges Library, the center offers assistance and guidance to active duty service members, veterans, reservists, guardsmen, and family members using their VA educational benefits. The center is fully staffed and has a study space with computers and a casual space for gathering. Other amenities include a TV, refrigerator, microwave, and free snacks and coffee during business hours. Hours may be limited during breaks and on holidays.
