Located in the back area of North Commons, The Math Place is a great place for you to hang around and experience all things math. It’s a place to learn, do your homework and prepare for exams. Come and interact with others that are in your class where you will be supported by undergraduates that have been successful in their math classes as well as math graduate student instructors and faculty members that are there to help you.

Hodges 605 is a conference and presentation room solely available to UTK staff and faculty. 

The study tables are a space in the Devine Library where patrons can study, work, read, and collaborate. Outlets are built in to each table for easy access to charge devices.

The public services desk at Devine Library is where patrons can check out return items, ask about equipment, and ask for library assistance. The desk also often displays upcoming events or other important new information for patrons visiting Devine Library.

Located just behind the Starbucks, this area contains seating with dining in mind.

There are 3 Audio Recording Studios and a Whisper Room vocal booth that you can reserve. Check in at the studio desk and check out a microphone, headphones, or synth to use while you are there.

Outfitted with standing height desks, pedal resistance laptop workstations, and zynergy balance chairs, the space provides students with an alternative to sitting for long periods of time while studying or completing assignments. This space is located in the Commons South.

Located in the Group Study Area of Pendergrass Library, the Service Desk provides assistance with:

• Poster and 3D Printing
• Technology Lending
• Research Help

In addition to being a classroom, the Auditorium is frequently used as a space for presentations, panels, and keynote lectures. It has a fully functional classroom technology setup, including hybrid capabilities.
